Teaching

Graduate Teaching Associate, Ohio State University, Introduction to Biological Anthropology (ANTH 2200)- Fall 2023, Spring 2024

Throughout my academic journey, I have been guided by dedicated teachers and professors who have played a pivotal role in shaping the person I am today. Yet, I believe that the journey of learning extends far beyond the confines of a classroom. We continue to evolve and grow as students drawing wisdom from interactions with peers, mentors, and other experiences that life offers. During my undergraduate studies, I had the opportunity to teach science and mathematics to school children, who, in the process taught me invaluable lessons about the power of enthusiasm and engagement to my own learning and teaching experiences —lessons that I carry forward to this day. I owe it to my teachers in school, professors, and mentors who fostered and enriched within me a sense of appreciation and curiosity for the natural world.
